Los Rios Mexican Restaurant Re-branded To Palapas Bar And Grill Thanks To Indigo3 Marketing. Indigo3 Marketing Organizes Grand Opening!

After conducting focus groups and surveying restaurant customers, Indigo3 Marketing took the lead in helping Los Rios Mexican Restaurant re-brand their restaurant to Palapas Bar and Grill. Equipped with information gathered through our surveys, Indigo3 Marketing began to formulate a marketing campaign.
Indigo3 Marketing first began the process by creating a branding kit that was reflective in the colors we choose - a bright orange and green color palette. The colors chosen captured a more tropical, beachy feel of Mexico. We also designed the logo with a palapas thatched hut that would go well with the tropical vibe we were aiming for along with the name of the new restaurant.
Indigo3 Marketing wanted our client to stand out from other Mexican restaurants. In order to accomplish this goal, we went with different color choices, branding and messaging in order to keep the restaurant true to its' Mexican heritage, yet stand out. By deriving our inspirations from the beautiful colors and aesthetics of Mexico's beaches, we were able to differentiate the restaurant from it's competitors.
We took the process a step further by re-decorating the interior of the restaurant with the brand colors on the walls and in decorative accents. We also brought in new furniture pieces as well as artwork from Mexico that gave the restaurant a tropical Mexican feel verses a traditional Mexican aesthetic.
Indigo3 Marketing worked with the owners to introduce new menu options. Based on information we received from the customer surveys we conducted, we realized that customers wanted more menu options. We suggested to the restaurant to make appropriate changes to their menu that would increase customers satisfaction rates. We then designed the new menu for the restaurant that captured the new branding design and improved menu items.
Once these elements were in place, Indigo3 Marketing created a cohesive marketing campaign to introduce the new restaurant to the public. The marketing plan included a new website, direct mail campaigns, social media promotion and email campaigns to the existing customer base as well as other marketing initiatives through various channels to properly promote the new restaurant.
With the word out about the new restaurant and momentum building, the crowning moment arrived with Indigo3 Marketing organizing the Grand Opening Event. Success!

Windermere Orthodontics Is Proud To Be The First Sponsor Of The Atlanta Summer Youth League Swim Championship Held At Georgia Tech Aquatics Center

Our client - Windermere Orthodontics - was looking for new ways to reach their target market, parents of teens and children ages 8 -18. Our client was using traditional and digital marketing, but they wanted a more personal approach to reach their consumer base. (Parents of children and young adults.)
Indigo3 Marketing had a perfect plan to accomplish this objective. With Atlanta having a tremendous amount of neighborhoods with swimming pools and swim teams, the Atlanta Summer League Championship - with over 7,000 in attendance - fit the bill.
Indigo3 Marketing reached out to the Georgia Tech Athletic Department to see if our client could be a sponsor of the event. As luck would have it, Indigo3 Marketing negotiated a contract with the athletic department to have our client - Windermere Orthodontics - be the first sponsor of this major event.
Once the contracts were signed, Indigo3 Marketing created the "Smile Be Happy!" marketing campaign. Our thought process was that the happy face theme with the big smile would work well for an orthodontic practice since they are in the business of making beautiful smiles.
Running with this theme in mind, we created a happy face logo to capture the audience's attention and even constructed a smiley face mascot - "Happy" - out of chicken wire, swim noodles and fabric. Happy was a big hit with the parents and swimmers and helped us to amplify our social media efforts organically as swimmers and their parents took selfies with the mascot which helped to promote our client, Windermere Orthodontics, to their friends, families and their spheres of influence.
Indigo3 Marketing not only recommended to our client to have a sponsor table at the entrance of the aquatics center, but to also conduct a raffle for one free year of orthodontic treatment. This provided an opportunity for our client to engage with the parents and collect email addresses for future marketing efforts. (Who wouldn't want a free year of orthodontic treatment!)
For the event, we designed imagery and ads for the large jumbotron overlooking the pool. We also created a script for the event announcer with the song "Because I'm Happy" playing in the background that further added to the theme and happy feeling we were trying to create for the event. In addition, Indigo3 drove brand awareness and promoted our client even further, by designing ads for the swim program that were handed out to the parents of swimmers along with promotional signage, posters and flags that were placed throughout the aquatics center.
From logo design, script writing, promotional ads and signage, to event logistics and planning - all the way down to creating a smiley face mascot - Indigo3 Marketing delivered results for our client. We can do the same for your business, store or organization!

First Annual Kicking Childhood Cancer 5K/1K Family Festival




When Because Said Charity Organization - a non-profit organization that raises funds for children dealing with various childhood cancers and their families - reached out to Indigo3 Marketing for assistance in organizing and promoting their first annual "Kicking Childhood Cancer 5k/1k Family Festival" event, Indigo3 Marketing was ready to jump on board to help the non-profit raise money for their noble cause. With the help of our marketing services and event planning experience, the organization enjoyed a very successful, first-time fundraising event.
Through Indigo3 Marketing's sponsor attainment efforts, website development, public relations and promotion initiatives, as well as event planning and logistics assistance, the charity well exceeding event participation and fundraising goals. Many of the seasoned runners expressed their kudos to the organization for how smoothly and organized this Peachtree Road Race Qualifier event was for a first time event. Success!
